Heute gehen wir nach Hause zu all unseren Lieben - wir sind glücklich. Der Flug startet spät abends in Dallas, so dass wir noch Zeit haben, die aufziehenden Gewitter im Südwesten von Oklahoma zu beobachten. Never stop chasing - das ist unser Motto und das wird auch immer so bleiben!
Today we are going home to all our loved ones - we are happy. The flight departs Dallas late in the evening, so we still have time to watch the thunderstorms gathering in southwest Oklahoma. Never stop chasing - that's our motto and it will always stay that way!

Die erste Zelle des Tages wurde wegen eines Tornados alarmiert. Wir sind kurz davor. Die Zellen ziehen an diesem Tag sehr schnell. Zwischen 35 und 40 Knoten. Die Umrechnung von Knoten in km/h ist relativ einfach. Knoten mal 2 minus 10%. Bei 35 Knoten ist das 35*2= 70... 70-10% = 63 km/h
The first cell of the day was alerted for a tornado. We are close to it. The cells are moving very fast on this day. Between 35 and 40 knots. The conversion from knots to km/h is relatively simple. Knots times 2 minus 10%. At 35 knots, that's 35*2= 70... 70-10% = 63 km/h

Kurz war Action angesagt. Wir waren praktisch kurz unter der Rotation aber nichts ging hinunter. Ein paar Erinnerungsbilder haben wir geschossen bevor es Richtung Süden weitergeht. Bei Paducah haben sich Gewitter entwickelt, die wir in Empfang nehmen.
There was a brief moment of action. We were practically just under the rotation but nothing went down. We took a few souvenir photos before continuing south. Thunderstorms developed near Paducah, which we took in our stride.
